Becuas I found this one for a very good price
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
has a CAI it looks like but mostly all stock.
How good of a Road Racing car were they? They had IRS and about 400HP. Anyone know?
What you guys think?

Purportedly the stock rubber in the IRS is squishy. Aside from improving that (a solid afternoon’s work), I think they’re supposed to be pretty good.

Probably going to need cooling upgrades.

Bushings. It’s got several attaching the pumpkin to the subframe, a bunch in the control arm setup, I think, and the ones that make the subframe attach like a leaf sprung rear. What I’ve read is that the setup twists around under power or with age, so people with a tune or more didn’t like it at the time.

Ya I don’t want to have a Corvette C7 Z06 issue with it.

As I recall and as RamblinRover mentioned, most felt they were pretty soft for performance work, but there are ways around that:

Brett Madsen I think. He doesn’t have too many videos out, but he does have a list of mods out somewhere online, and an Instagram.
